I'm a Cancer and sometimes its hard. But the thing about me is if I love you than thats hard, but I tend to be protective before I go that far. So if I do fall in love than yes, its hard because I put in all my trust.

I'm a Cancer female, and I have my sun in the 7th house of my natal chart (7th house rules long term partnerships and marriages). Trust me, it's not only the men who get devastated.

I know that when a relationship ends for me, I'm devastated. Relationships are extremely important in my life, and I tend to cling and hold onto people that I love with all of my might. Us crabs don't have those claws for nothing :) ;-)

Cancers have a very strong tendency to live in the past. The past is safe, comforting, even if it was bad, because we already know what happened. It will take a lot for us to get over relationships and friendships when they end, unless something particularly nasty ended the friendship/relationship. If that happened, then we'll write people off faster than you can blink your eyes. Well, actually, I think that may depend on the particular Cancer, but I know for me, if something really bad ended the friendship/relationship, that's it. It's over. End of story.

We will get over it eventually. It may take a reeeeeeally long time (I'm talking years) if the ending came out of nowhere. Or it could take a matter of months if we're lucky.

Romantic behavior:
You tend to form relationships quickly and get sentimental about your love partners. Although you tend to go in for love affairs aplenty, you always feel dissatisfied; so does your partner if he/she can't understand you well. http://kamalkapoor.com/sun_signs/cancer.asp

Cancer is the most sensitive and emotional of all the 12 signs. http://horoscopes.syl.com/lovehoroscopes/lovehoroscopecancer

You are sensitive and caring by nature, although you present a tough exterior to the world. You soon learn ways to protect your feelings, which run very deep and tender. As a lover you seek security and fidelity, and, although you are not above a few flirtatious peccadillos of your own, you can be deeply wounded if the one you care for betrays your trust (which is never given lightly). Cancer is poetic and romantic, but also practical in matters to do with the home and raising a family.

A good communicator, your deep sensitivity can present you with valuable and illuminating intuitions, especially regarding those you care for. This said, sensitive Cancerians under pressure can retreat within themselves and allow repressed emotions to bottle up until they either explode with devastating force, or implode catastrophically, causing general meltdown.

Cancer, a feminine (yin) sign, is ruled by the Moon. So in relationship, Cancer, the most nurturesome sign of the zodiac, seeks a secure nest, or bolthole. The fluctuating Moon can reflect a moodiness in your nature that is not always understood nor appreciated by others.

Cancerians can be difficult to understand and sometimes allow irrational emotions to rule their otherwise sensible heads. For this reason the Cancerian soul seeks to build strong walls around home and loved ones, so tender feelings may express themselves in an environment which is stable and secure.

Cancer is a cardinal sign, so you are best involved with someone who understands creativity and will accept you for what you are, moods and all. Because your emotions are so powerful, you seek a partner who is stable and responsive, while at the same time understanding your intermittent need for solitude, alternating with a gregarious desire for companionship and stimulation.

Cancer is protective, even possessive and can be a jealous lover, though more from insecurity than simple desire to dominate. Those who seek a loving, protective partner, who has wonderful bouts of creativity interspersed with dreamy romanticism, yet peppered with practicality need look no further than Cancer. http://www.astrologycom.com/canrel.html

I'm a Cancerian female. Cancers are very tied to relationships. They don't become attached very easily but when they do they are just like crabs and won't let go. The best way to deal with this is to let them down gently and truthfully and be sensitive in your dealings with Cancerians from the beginning. But yes, Cancers are strong and though it may be hard for you to believe, they probably will get over it eventually. It just may take time.

Well I was in a long distance relationship with a virgo and his cancerian friend who liked me before I dated my ex was dissapointed when he found out that I lived like 2 hours away from him, so he doesn't talk to me much only when he sees me.

Probably more related to the individual than his astrological sign.

He might but clearly he has issues at the moment. People usually change for a reason. He may find a reason to be serious about his life or he may continue to go along his current self destructive path.

Hope you dont need a restraining order on the guy.

You should really check out Michael Fiore's video on how to get your ex back in a matter of days through text messages. It's crazy but it works, I never believed I could get back with my ex wife in this life time but it did happened. I cheated on her a lot of times and still we are back together (won't do it again), unbelievable what some psychology can do.

Anyway, watch the video here: http://www.textyourexback.link - it will blow your mind. Good luck!

They really sensitive and care deeply about their relationships. I'm a Cancer woman. I know he must feel really sad, lonely, and unloved right now. He must be thinking, what did I do wrong? Am I not good enough for them? Give him some time and be gentle with him and he will get over it.

One of the most common questions spouses ask when confronting a marriage crisis is this: How can I save my marriage if my partner doesn't want to help find a solution? How do I succeed I am trying to save my marriage on my own? Learn here https://tr.im/XufwJ

It is a typical enough story: one partner leaves, the other stays. One remains 'in love', the other is uncertain. Whatever it is that has caused a couple to be apart, the one person who remains bears the prospect, fear, doubt, desire, hope of saving his or her marriage' alone.
