just bought my first lap top,and it losed its audio sound,i dont know why.

I guess there is maybe something wrong with your soundcard or it driver. Better you check. I cant propose any solution here since i dont know what type of soundcard you using. Maybe Realtek HD Audio? or SoundMax? or else?

well it maybe as the others said u mahave muted it be mistake or the volume maybe turned down just to be sure go to audio option in the control panel and then click advanced u may locate the problem if its nothing with the volume try updating or reinstalling ur drivers this can be done from the support section of the site of the brand of the laptop or by googlin the model numebr of ur sound card whic can be found in the device manager if nothing works ur best bet is to call up tech support and explain them the problem....all the best
