Bad Santa was the theatrical cut, Badder Santa is the directors cut, it is a couple of minutes shorter as scenes the studio demanded go in to it have been removed

I think they called the unrated/uncut version Badder Santa

I think there are more scenes in the badder version that were not approved for release in the bad version. By the way, the bad version was really poor.

they released an uncut/unrated version on DVD that they called Badder Santa...diff from the theatrical release...
