I think you should get them a all over red. And then get some white stripes on each nail. That way it would look like a candy-cane and it would have like a Christmas affect to it. It would look really nice.

or, you could even paint the whole nail red and do white snowflakes on them- applicated or painted.
i think the suggestions about the candy cane are great too.
if you have a good hand, you could even do interlocking red and white spirals/swirls on the whole fingernail, THAT would be sooo cute!
i am more of a green person myself, ao last year i did an alternating pattern- 1st, green nail with red and white dots, the a red nail with green and white dots, and the a white nail with green and red dots.
but the red with white tips would also be awesome. you are welcome to steal my dot idea!

That would look cute for Christmas, or even have ornaments put on them after the red polish.

Red polish with white tips would be cool... but I think red with silver or gold tips would be even nicer! You could also do a candy-cane effect with red and white stripes running diagonally across your nails.

I am sorry but any kind of tip is HORRENDOUS!!!!! Colored tips make me want to gag and the thought of colored polish with white tips is even more horrific. I think I have just thrown up in my mouth. HEEEEELLLLP ! People, please get some TASTE!!!! Next you'll be wearing fuzzy sweaters with Santa on them that play Rudolph The Red Nosed Reindeer. Oh, and don't forget the earrings made like Christmas presents!!! Bah Humbug!

i think those colors together are a little harsh for nails..just try plain red or a pink with white...i know you're trying to be festive but im not a fan of red and white

yea thats cute! or you could try a red and white swirl (if your really talented) or do the candy cane thing with different sizes of stripes of red and white. or do the traditional one nail green, one nail red.

Im not really into nailpolish and **** but you could get that and then add green dots in the middle or make it red and greenw ith white dots to represent snow falling!
