she is on the same formula sence birth.for the last 2 nights she drinks her formula then would cry .this went on the whole night.well finally she made a bowl movement in the mornning and then she was fine.it wasnt hard it was soft it seems its hard for her.should we give her a little water?

yeah it never hurts to give a baby water, it helps bring the wind up, which was probably why baby was crying all night my little lad was like it and we used to give him gripe water which worked wonders and settled his stomach.

you may want to give her a little water. not tomuch b/c doctors are now saying they get all the water they need in the milk. you can rub her tummy, maybe she had gas. also holding there legs up helps them.

when my daughter was that age i gave her 1 oz. of water a day...it doesn't hurt, but only a little cause shes so little. the water isn't mandatory tho...she gets everything she needs from the milk.

It never hurts to give a baby water. It will help keep them hydrated, but doesn't have any nutritional value.

yes, just boil the water for 5 minutes first and give it when it's cooler.

MAYBE SHE HAS GAS THEY HAVE BABY GAS MEDICINE YOU CAN TRY THAT OR WATER DOWN HER FORMULA WHEN EVER I THOUGHT MY SON HAD GAS I WOULD RUB HIS BELLY OR SWITCH HIS POSITION
