Well it depends on the occasion but I even it out a little on top a little on the bottom.

Depends on exactly what the occasion is. If you're at your little sister's birthday party, don't show off too much flesh. If you're going to go out to a club or something, then it doesn't really matter how much flesh you show off. Generally, I wouldn't want to wear a skirt much above knee-length for a formal occasion, and it's probably best not to show off too much cleavage. Showing off your stomach is, at most relatively formal occasions, out of the question.

if it's any kind of family function don't show too much, be extremely modest

if it's a work related thing look your best minimal clevage is okay

if its a party for a friend you can show as much as you perfer

remember, how do you want to show off and what do you want people to think about you when you show up.

it depends on the occasion, but show just enough skin to make them wonder about whats under the rest of your clothes, dont show too much, you'll give the impression that your skanky.

You need to emphasise your best bits, for example wear a short skirt if you have fantasic legs but keep the chest area covered. If you want to show your cleavage, keep the lower half conservative
