If you're talking about the commonly used IM/chat/e-mail abbreviation, I think you may have transposed a letter.

"imho" is an acronym for "In my humble opinion."

On the other hand, if you really are asking about "ihmo," I'm afraid I have no clue. "I have many onions," maybe?

In My Humble Opinion (IMHO) or sometimes IMO (in my opinion) are standard internet acronyms used in IM chats and on blogs and the like. You may also see j/k (just kidding), LOL (laughing out loud), ROTFLMAO (Rolling around on the floor laughing my @$$ off), and GTG or G2G (gotta go), as well.

IMHO :
abbr.
in my humble opinion.
(IMHO: //, abbrev.
[from SF fandom via Usenet; abbreviation for ‘In My Humble Opinion’] “IMHO, mixed-case C names should be avoided, as mistyping something in the wrong case can cause hard-to-detect errors — and they look too Pascalish anyhow.” Also seen in variant forms such as IMNSHO (In My Not-So-Humble Opinion) and IMAO (In My Arrogant Opinion).)

if so that is a term used by teenagers to describe other teens that are the opposite to "charvers" - followers of heavy rock, lads with hair cut neat, short one side but left long on the other swept over, good style, like black (but not to goth extreme) not wearing nike/etc/barbour check branded tops/hats/hoodies etc
difficult to define
