it could be, cause u can cut yourself with a razor and if your don't starolize it or put a new one on and u share it with someone that has HIV there is a chance, Not a huge 1 but a chance and i wouldn't take that chance

There is no possible way to get HIV through a razor, but still throw it away. You can only get HIV/Aids through breast milk, sex, blood, and through birth. But if someone does have HIV or Aids make sure you don't treat them like an alien because they too are human.

If you ever have to share anything, make sure that the water is boiling and it's in there for a few minutes. This is one reason that I like using plactic forks and paper dishes.
