I am really confused. Since the Shiites and Sunnis are killing each other every day and the majority of Iraqis support attacks on American troops, is the entire Iraqi nation our enemy? What side are we protecting...Shi'ites, Sunnis or Kurds? Do our soldiers know what they are fighting for or who the "enemy" is in Iraq? Does anybody?

Our soldiers are doing what our government told them to do. The real enemy is our American Government. American Government is just fighting for money and power. Thats what our government is keeping from us. They don't want us to know the truth about this war. So over in Iraq who is the realy enemy? American Government!!

No, it's very confusing. Actually, I believe the true enemy is the news media. The military is scared to do anything without someone complaining about something, and it in turn becomes a world wide news event. This is the reason why things are so bad, and the insurgents are taking advantage of this. There is absolutely no way that you can fight a politically correct war, and Iraq is the proof of it.

Beats me, but if I was a soldier over there, the enemy would be anyone pointing a gun in my direction. Shoot first, ask questions later.

I honestly think you need some education....
Why don't you do some research, and then you wouldn't need to ask this question.
The "majority" of Iragi people DO NOT support attacks....
where did you come up with that 1?

Who isn't our enemy? We're caught between sectarian forces, both of whom have nothing but criticism for our attempts (however futile) to create peace.
