I think some people miraculously got their license because someone worked at the DMV and should NOT be on the road. It infuriates me how many people do not know how to merge and how many idiots refuse to let them! Let's face it, they have to merge into the flow of traffic - stop speeding up, not wanting anyone to get in front - someone is always ahead! It just seems to get worse and we wonder why there is always traffic when there has been no accident. These bad drivers are the cause of those accidents! GRRRR!

same as all the others , took the tests written and driving but there are alot out there with out a license.

Are you familiar with how everyone works hardest and follows all the procedures when the boss is looking? It's the same principle. They do it right on the test, then do whatever they feel like afterward.
