I think pencil is better, because bactieria forms up on liquid, plus it is messier. They both work, but I like pencil a lot better! You just have to remember to sharpen it.
Good Luck!

Sorry I do not have pictures, but you can look up photos just about anywhere. However, I can say that pencil liner usually gives a softer look, with liquid liner making the look much more defined. I use both. Liquid on the top, pencil on the bottom.

Sorry couldn't find a picture of pencil eyeliner on someone. But personally I like liquid because it's easier to apply for me.

i like cream eyeshadow if i am going for an somewhat organic, sparkling look because of fact the pigment isn't as severe as powder shadows, for that reason, i exploit powder shadows actual because of fact i like a extra darker, dramatic eye. I advise you purchase an eye fixed makeup primer besides, that's very well worth the extra effective value and makes your makeup final all day. For eyeliner, i exploit the two. Liquid liner on the right to line my eye and supply that "cat eye" look (think of Taylor quick, Lauren Conrad) and pencil eyeliner on the backside. it actual relies upon on what variety of look you're going for. yet, like I stated, in case you opt for a extra organic look, creams and pencils and in case you opt for a extra dramatic, powders and drinks.

you could use pencil eyeliner first (to give you a guideline), then use liquid eyeliner and afterwords you can 'smudge' it with some dark eyeshadow....This is what works for me.
I don't have any pics though sorry.

liquid eyeliner looks more smooth and bold... plus it doesn't smear as easily as a pencil eyeliner does. pencil eyeliner can be a bit more faded looking, and as i mentioned before, it smears easily.

i love both this is why!: i can show you how you can atek both of them ,and make you look fab-u-lous .okay take a pencil liner, and go close to your lash line.then make a thin line, and stop half way.and for cool looks, you can start thin ,and then go thicker with the pencil liner. next take eye liner,(liqiud) and trace over the pencil one,and pass the half way line, and makea straight small line,at the end lash line, don't curve ,it will curve when lifting eyes up!

Pencil is better to apply and looks much better. The liquid eye liner is difficult to apply, it shines too much when it dries off, also difficult to remove.
