Where can I find a mini lab breeder?

I have just found out that I am able to get another dog after my golden retriever was put to sleep. I would like to get a miniature labrador, but I dont know where to find one or what a good price for them would be! I live in PA, so PA, Ohio, Virginia, and West Virginia would be good places for a breeder for me.
