is it possible to do nothing? As far as I know, our body works even when we sleep.

Not even the dead can do nothing, I mean they are in the processing of rotting and turning to dust. Once they become dust they are still feeding the earth. Things grow because of that, so, I see it as transferrence of life. I don't know how any person or thing can do nothing. Even inanimate objects are doing something. They are laying there, or blocking the light, or the wind, or collecting dust. Always up to something.
