There is quite a lot about swimming in one form or another in to-days mail. Are you referring to the new slim line Carole Vordermans` photo ? Or perhaps the outrageous claim made by Heather Mills, that 30 years ago she was kidnapped and held several days in a flat, by her former swimming coach? Or that Ian Thorpe the Olympic swimming gold medallist, has announced his retirement? The list seems to be endless!!

I'm a swimming teacher, and would recommend swimming to everyone, I'll even teach you if you want, for a small modest fee of course :D
