C. Only lead nitrate is soluble. Lead carbonate and lead sulfide are for all intents and purposes insoluble (you'll see how much when you study solubility products).

I know that all nitrates are soluble. I cannot remember the exceptions about sulfides, and I don't know what the last one is since the letters were cut off the question.

Consult your text and find the table of solubilities. You will find your answer there.
