O ok i got a good online based business idea but how do i start and where do i get the permit to have the business?

You can check with your state and your county to see what the requirements are. I got mine for $50. You can put something like this in the search engine: California state tax and your state's dept. of revenue website should come up with info on what to do.

Go to an office supply store and get the forms. Then go to your county clerks office and register.
