I just looked at your points you have earned this week and it says -2 points. The only way to move up the levels is to answer the questions and also choose a best answer never let your questions to go into voting. If you have the time to answer questions try to full up ur daily quoter of answers and try to make it mean something to the asker. They are more likely to give you best answer if you do. If you ask a question answer at least 3 questoins to make up for the points it cost you to ask your question. Also try to use the Search for questions at the top if you have a question. All my questions I have wanted to ask have been asked before so it has saved me from having to ask them thus saving me points.
Click on on where it says your name "Hello Paige c" (topleft) sometime it says Something like Wow you have earned 2 points for answering a question. Once you have clicked on your name you can see all the information about what you have earned etc. Look for "Total Points" next to it you will see a tiny blue icon with a question mark. If you click on that it will bring up a page explaining the points system. What it costs to ask a question, what you get for answering, voting, etc etc. It also tells you the limit for each level.
Hope that helps you to move up the levels

Depending on how many questions you have answered, you get a new level. At level 2, you can start rating answers!

Stop asking questions that cost you five points and answer more questions to gain points, especially if you get a best answer.
