The Wii - it actually makes you work to play. You get some small degree of excersise and you get to have major fun.
Besides, it's got the Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess and no other game can compare with it. ;)

One of my friends played all, so I have played them all.
Wii was the most fun to play with other people. 360 was really fun too. To put it into an analogy (lolz mac spoof commerical :P)
PS3 is the fat, nerdy chick
XBOX 360 is the sexy, medium sized girl.
Wii is the cheap, sexy, slim one.
I'd say 360 and Wii are very close matches, only you could argue that PS3 is "supreme" because of the graphics. I personally don't believe that graphical capabilities necessarily translates into a more enjoyable experience. Nor do I think that graphics should be the be-all to end-all. Wii can do that without a hefty price tag. 360 can do all that, for a few hundred bucks less too.
