Ususally with the spare key but barring that, you'll need to call roadside assistance or a tow company to do a "lockout" service. They have the tools and skills to break into your car without breaking your car.

OnStar on speed dial.
Within seconds they (Big Brother) send a signal to my car unlocking it.
The feature is only available on GM cars though.
