By the way, I felt afraid. I think people who deny any truth to this movie are also afraid - just don't want to admit it. Or they are Bush followers.

This was a good movie. Al Gore definitely has made this a personal crusade, and good for him. I have always thought Al was a pretty decent person, and this movie reiterated my thoughts. Many critics are saying this movie is nothing more than a 2hr presidential campaign for Gore and are missing the true point to the movie. I don't consider myself loyal to either political party, so I was able to watch this film unbiased.

And I don't think enough people "care" enough to fix the damage we have done. It seems most people have the, "It won't affect my lifetime," mentality.

I did watch it, and yes...it is a frightening movie. It isn't so much "Americans" that need to make the change as such...it is more like the refineries and big companies that lose money by getting their factories up to par with greener standards to stop throwing so much pollution up into the atmosphere. I mean, as individuals, there is only so much you can do...get a hybrid car, solar panels, look for "green electricity" etc...but it is more expensive to do those things and not everyone can afford it. But as they say...one at a time...eventually we can make a difference. Or...write to Congress people and let them know that we want to make a change. If enough people are for helping out...it can be done. But it is difficult when there isn't any physical "hard evidence" we can show...only speculations, and many people refuse to take a stand on speculation only.

properly I watched it besides the undeniable fact that not against my will, and that i replaced into struck with how little it had to do with worldwide warming. most of the action picture (a minimum of 0.5) had not something to do with worldwide warming. Al Gore might make one declare and then circulate right into an prolonged jeremiad approximately his campaigns, his son, or any style of random subjects. i don't likely know what to make of it, besides the undeniable fact that i think of those memories are especially meant to guilt you into submission. The action picture replaced into meant to be the suitable instruction manual for proving worldwide warming and yet there replaced into in undemanding terms 2 graphs. There weren't even any scientists to back up Al Gore's claims. Gore makes those absurd predictions of flooding and death yet fails to furnish any actually info to back those claims up, even the IPCC does not consider Gore's doomsday predictions. in my opinion you will could supply me plenty extra info than 2 graphs provided via some hackneyed flesh presser to make me substitute the way I stay.

Scientists completelty disagree on this theory. It is neither proven nor disproven. There is no such thing as "consensus" in science. Either something is true or it is not. Fact is, no one has been able to prove it is true. The Earth goes in cycles. So does mars. Polar ice caps are also melting on Mars. The source is the Sun. Since there are no polluting people on Mars.. well nuff said.

Until our scientists can prove this theory both here and on Mars to be caused by us. It should not be taken as fact.

I watched it and I like it...but I think that America won't do anything until its too late...They don't think broad enough to accept something like global warming. At least our govt doesn't. That's why every country in the world is starting to do something about Global warming...except us.
