Bright white nail polish on shorter nails: hot or not? Ages that its appropriate for?

Depends on what you're wearing, how you're wearing it and what skin tone you have. Besides..does it matter what other people think of your white nails? :) I have this awesome yellow nail polish but my friend always says she thinks it weird whenever I wear it but I don't really care what she thinks. White takes some adjusting too, but then I realize that you can rock white nail polish with any outfit you wear. So Hot (:

not for short nails, probably longer nails, but i think it is ok on some occasions, just dont do it too often cuz before i used to try french tips and i would mess up so i would just paint the whole nail but now i just paint a good peach shade and it looks fine

I have short nails and have tried white nail polish before and it looked horrible. But maybe it looks good on you. Try it and if it looks bad, take it off with nail polish remover. If you think it looks good, go for it!

not appropiate unless it is a french manicure- I suggest using a light pink or champagne colour with a little shimmer
If over 15 do not use very glittery nail polish, bright or neon colours and no really metallic looking colours

if you apply it correctly it looks fine, but it looks best on long nails. for short nails i would go with a crazy bright color like bright purple or green. i do that to mix tings up.

Well i would say the best colour is clear. White can make it look cheap and tacky depending on your nails...

NO WAY ! I dabbled with this when I was 15 at school and I just looked like I had painted Tippex on the ends of my fingers. I hate the stuff.
