First step is to distrubute:
-3(10x-3)
-3*10x=-30x
-3*-3=9

10(3x-3)
10*3x=30x
10*-30=-30

Therefore you now have -30x+9+30x-30=x-7

Next combine like terms
-30x+30x=0x
9+-30=-21

-21=x-7
add 7 to each side

x=-14

-30x +9 + 30x -30 (I assume there should have been a close-parenthesis after the -3) = x-7. 9 - 30 = x - 7. -21 = x - 7. -14 = x.

I'll assume you forgot the last parenthesis, and that I'm solving for x.
-30x+9 +30x-30=x-7
-21=x-7
-14=x

-3(10x-3)+10(3x-3)=x-7
-30x+9+30x-30=x-7
-30+-21+30x=x-7
-30x+30x=x-28
0x=x-28
-x=-28 (multiply both sides by -1)
x=28

first multiply everything and put everything on the left side and u will get

-30x+9+30x-30-x+7=0
Then add it up and u will get X= -14

- 30x +9 +30x - 30= x-7 ( you delete -30x and +30X )
9-30 =x-7
-21=x-7
-x=-7+21
-x= 14
x=-14
