writing paper on after school jobs?

I'm writing a persuasive paper on the pros of after school jobs. We need three main topics and 2-3 supporting details under each main idea. Here's what I've come up with so far. If you have any other ideas, I'd really appreciate the help.

Meet New People
1.Get to socialize with different groups/ ages of people.

Learn Responsibility/ Life Lessons
1.Learn the importance of being on time
2. Courteous

Earn Money
1.Able to buy own things without asking parents for help.
2. Learn importance of saving money

Do you have any ideas for Main Topics or supporting ideas??

Pros - learn job skills to help with future jobs, gain valuable life lessons, gain a sense of prde in having eanred something or worked hard for it instead of having it handed to you


Cons - less time for school, socializing, family etc., increased stress,
