The Natural History Museum (London) shop. Give them a call first to make sure, it's a while since I was down there. They have a shop which sells all sorts of dinosaur kits and models. Not to mention the bones of the real thing on display (NOT for sale!). It's a magical place for a dinosaur lover to visit.

Seems your boy has you on your own digging expedition! You're going to have to order it online because this one is a rare commodity, it seems. I found ONE site that has a heterodontosaurus, the rest just have T-Rex and the like. Best of luck with getting it in time!!

Thats the priority we motivate trucks and automobiles for a boy and little one dolls for a woman. Introducing a little one doll to a boy encourages destiny skills of being a physically powerful dad. Gender rolls are set in stone for a baby and it limits skill like (categories of parenting skills) (Mechanical skills) etc.

Woolworths have a craft kit that you have to chisel dinosaur bones out of a block and paint them, i think it's only about £5 too.
