Hello, just writing to get some opinions from other people on my situation. This is not something me and my fiance want right now.
I am on birth control but also meds that may lessen the effectivness of the pill. Me and my fiance also use to pull out method 95% of the time. I missed my period about 3 and a half weeks ago and have taken 5 First Response pregnancy tests since then, one this morning. All have been negative. I also have been having no pregnancy symptoms.
What do you think?

I would just like to say that me and my fiance do know that the pull out method is not entirely effective. We just thought it would be a little extra precaution along with my possibly less-effective BC pills.
And Im not saying we werent careless, I know sometimes we are.
We just wanted some opinion before I got too freaked out either way.

I don't think you are. Your on birth control and have had 5 tests all come back negative and no symptoms. As for your period not showing, it could be the meds your on interfering with your cycles or stress. If your period doesn't show soon, you should go to your doctor for a blood pregnancy test, they are more sensitive in detecting pregnancy. OK, now for the pull out method. Please let me advise you that this does NOT work. During sex, there is always precum being released, and it does contain live sperm. I know this first hand. I had 3 children all one year apart, 2 of which were the result of using the pull out method. It has a high failure rate so if your not ready, like you say your not, please use a condom or another form of birth control such as the Nuva-Ring or something. Good Luck to you.

I sincerely doubt your pregnant. If you period was due almost a month ago, you HCG levels would be high and it would surely register on a pregnancy test (some pregnancy tests register HCG levels as low as 20 and you are usually at this level by the time you miss your period when you are pregnant). But, what you really need to do is go to the doctor and find out why your period is missing. They will give you a blood Beta HCG test to be 100% sure you are not pregnant.

when a test is negative it could mean its just to early to detect the hormone needed for a positive result if your period is usually regular and at the same time every month then its a good indication that you possibly could be pregnant using the pull out method is not a safe way to prevent pregnancy at all if you wait a couple more weeks and your period has still not come then test again best wishes

You are probably not pregnant. Are your meds antibiotics? It is some antibiotics that can mess with them. If you have been taking the pill correctly, your likelihood of being pregnant is very, very slim. You do need to see your doctor about the missed period, though. A home test should have come up positive by now if you were pregnant. I doubt you are pregnant, but it is always a possibility if you are sexually active.
