a huge farm domicile with a wrap-around porch and a porch rail. The domicile windows would be very super to enable in a brilliant number of sunshine. Hardwood flooring lined with super section rugs. The moulding around the doorways and domicile windows could have rosettes interior the corners. electric powered shops could have 4 plugs each and each and interior the room I designate because of the fact the workplace, the shops would be at table top, not interior the nook by using the floor, for heaven's sake! i choose a minimum of three bedrooms plus an workplace section, an devour-in kitchen plus a eating room. the front room and bedrooms would be sufficiently massive that i could have some techniques for re-arranging fixtures because of the fact i like to alter issues periodically. Bedrooms will in all likelihood be upstairs and so will the laundry (because of the fact i don't prefer to schlep my outfits down the stairs to bathe, then up the stairs to place away) and because that is my perfect domicile, it could have a water function - the two a pond or a creek someplace on the valuables, which would be 2-5 acres. i prefer to be interior the rustic, not so distant that there is no person around, however the pals might could walk slightly to get to my door. there will be a brilliant number of timber and plant existence, a reasonably spot out in back for picnics and slightly vegetable backyard.

Good town, good neighborhood, not to big, not too small...no more than you need. Big houses are too hard to clean and maintain...don't be the maid that lives there. If you get a small house, don't clutter it...have built in's. Learn to live with the minimum. Big house, big taxes, etc. Make sure it's insulated very well, new windows, doors, etc. Don't buy in flood plain areas...they'll flood and the house should never have been built there. Don't buy on filled land. New septics cost over 10,000.00 now and roofs on a small house about 5,000. Check out the heat/elec cost of the last year. Have a reliable termite inspection...get two if you have to. Mechanical inspection a must for electrical repairs, etc. Chimmney inspection necessary...you never know about that one and you will be using the fireplace after a bad storm where you'd be without power for a few days. It happens,

The ideal home for me is a big beach house. I'd own about a mile of the beach so I can have my privacy, and I'd like the house to be very airy with french doors, and high ceilings. (Preferable on the California Coast)

I want a little old trailer in the middle of Death Valley. Satellite t.v. of course, and a water storage system. I want to have a decent little income every month--maybe $2000.00 just for being alive, no work involved.

Doesn't matter where I'm at, just as long as it's alone. I live with my family and on the weekends friends, I just want peace and quiet.
