If so the episode that Richard Pryor hosted , is it on there because I would like to but it for a Christmas gift.

I own the complete 1st season which just came out on December 5th and it does indeed have the Richard Pryor episode (original airdate: December 13, 1975). It's the first episode on the 3rd disc of the set. That episode contains the infamous job application sketch where Pryor and Chevy Chase exchange racial slurs. So, yes, definitely purchase that set because that episode is there in its entirety.

God yes buy it... I remember when that came on air, I watched the premiere of that on TV... you will like it.

no, but you may be able to check on www.dvdempire.com and see if they have it, i get all my dvds there and i have found alot of them that i couldnt find anywhere else...good luck
