I know exactly how you are feeling!!!! Its hard, I have a great relationship with my boss and its hard to seperate the work relationship from the friendship. I just try to remember that hes married and nothing will ever happen between us. I've gotton so bothered with it that I've thought about quiting, but that wouldnt be the smart thing to do. Find someone else to fall for(but not a coworker!!!) it'll make it easier.

Are you talking romantic interest??? Business and pleasure are not a good mix. I cannot tell you who to love but you may end up in some hot water... and I am not talking about a jacuzzi in the Poconos. It's great to love with your heart but also use your head.

Maybe you're not love your boss, you love him/her because you want to have a promotion.

NEVER SLEEP WITH THE BOSS, QUICKEST WAY TO LOSE A JOB. I HAD TO RAISE MY SON AND WORK AND GO TO SCHOOL AT NIGHT. MY FIRST BOSS PUT HIS PENIS ON MY BACK, I STRAIGHTENED HIM OUT THEN AND THERE. PS I DIDN'T SUE FOR SEXUAL HARRASSMENT BECAUSE I NEEDED TO WORK.

IF YOU THINK SOMETHING WILL COME OF IT, THINK AGAIN. OFFICE ROMANCES FIZZLE QUICK.

This is not a good thing. Quit your job, if you can, and find something else. Or, if you can't, get a handle on your emotions before they get you fired (reverse sexual harrassment).

Choose your moment carefully, then explain your true feelings. When he / she reacts, at least you'll know one way or the other. Beware - work relationships have their disadvantages!
