I am at 5 1/2 weeks now and am starting to get very tired and a bit of indegestion. But other than a missed period, there is not much of a way to tell. Even then, some women still have a period. So really your only bet is a test. You can buy one for a couple bucks.

Not a lot to go on at five weeks. (Assuming it is 5 weeks since your last period.) You were actually not pregnant for 2 of those weeks Then it was about 3-5 days where the embryo was still traveling down your tube and trying to implant in your womb. So your body has only been in contact with the embryo for about 2 weeks. Hormone levels have risen, and a urine pregnancy test will detect these now fairly accurately. However, to expect morning sickness, or breast pain, or weakness or fatigue just yet is a misnomer.

if you have missed your period and are usually regular then this is quite a good indication although a test is the only accurate means of knowing you can pick up basic test kits now from pound shops or from savers chemists for £1 if you go to a family planning clinic they will do a free test there and then its also confidential best wishes
