Thru Sports you learn team work, responsibility, and accountability. You should learn to lose gracefully, learn from mistakes, and to work hard so as not to repeat those mistakes. You may lose an event or game, but don't lose the lesson. None of this matters if you lose the lesson. Most important, learn to have fun doing something you like.

Everything you do in life is relative. Its how good you are but that you know that you can. Physical developement is just as important as mental developement and spiritual developement. So playing sports teaches you practice makes you better, discipline, confidence, how to get along with others and then you apply those same aspects into everything else you do.....
