how do i get my destructive system restore to work?

I have an emachines computer. When I wanted to system restore(destructive, the one that deletes everything) it did not work. It deleted some things, but it did not even restore the system to like the day my mother bought it. Can someone tell me what I am doing wrong?

The restore point not always work as you want.. if you deleted somthing.. you can't always get it back.. especially if the size was too big that u deleted it.. i am sorry bro.. but you will need to get these files again
