You can not be guilty on someone else's behalf therefore you can not be punished....you might feel guilty and feel that you should be punished but that's a different issue

No you shold not bear another mans guilt, you can only be sympethetic but to bear his guit is not right, We are all accountable for our own actions not anybody elses.
