He probably is not married to her...if he is it is bigamy. When my husband and I got married he had to show is divorce papers from his previous marriage so we could get a marriage license. If he did marry her go to the town office where you think they married...they should have a copy of the marriage certificate

Well your husband, or should I say soon to be ex husband can't get married if he is already married. It's against the law to be married to 2 people.

It is public record. Go to city hall. If he filed the marriage license it is on record for anyone to see by paying a nominal fee.
