Why are you even bringing this up?? The Katrina relief will go down as one the most fouled up chapters in our history. To this day New Orleans is a ruined city and has not fully recovered. As for hating Blacks that was an opinion by Kanye West, but I dare say I do not believe the best effort was put forward, thousands stayed stranded in New Orleans for weeks and many died. The majority that died were poor people, black and white. With the vast majority being inner city black folks. Throwing money at problems without an effective plan is not a show of love by no means, ask any everyday Iraqi in Baghdad.

The fact is that there were dead bodies laying in the streets for days if not weeks, and help did not come. People died from the lack of help while the FEMA told first responders to stay out of New Orleans.

bush seriously reduced assistance to people in poverty that clinton had in place. The assistance that IS in place started with FDR a long time ago & isn't ever going to fully go away. It has nothing to do with bush.

Saying that Bush hates black people is unfair. The truth is, Bush hates black people, Asian people, Middle Eastern people, Hispanic people, intelligent people (who knew way back THEN that voting for him would be a mistake), non-christian people ... and also a whole bunch of white people.
