are there any programs in OHIO to help a family with a job but low income and 3 kids. The utility company DUKE ENERGY shut their gas off and they are all living in one bedroom huddled together. ANY IDEAS?

Go down to your local social services because they have children they have to help. If they don't call someone because that is against the law.
There is also a program called heap. If you ARe eon food stamps you will get a grant.
For heap i think you need to provide proof of income social security cards birth certificates and a land lord statement.
Good luck hope I helped.

They need to contact their social services for that area. There are many options available. However, my question is, if their income was so low, why did they have 3 kids that they can't afford to take care of properly? Birth control would have been a good idea.
