There are a lot of movies that made me cry even more than these 2, but I can't think of their titles off the top of my head.
Of the 2 listed, definitely the Green Mile!

Well, I can't claim to have wept that much or that long, but there are at least two movie scenes that made me cry -- for personal reasons quite independent of the film itself. One was the scene in Titanic where Jack freezes to death in the icy waters of the Atlantic, and Rose lets him slip away from the ice floe. The other was the scene in The Bridges of Madison County, where the Meryl Streep character is torn between going away with her lover and staying behind with her husband. Both scenes affected me because of a love that went wrong, and a loss that still causes me pain after more than a decade. Civis Romanus

The Green Mile (boy I was young when E.T. was out and I know I was probably said but emotion wise I am definitely sappier as an adult)

Green Mile... I saw ET as a child so I guess at that time I was more concerned about the odd magical creature.
Green Mile is a great movie, if some one has not seen it, then he/she should.
