My brothers girlfriend is mexican and she's moving here (Ireland) at Christmas. I've never met her but i want to get her something nice for Christmas to make her feel welcome. Any ideas would be much appreciated.

Id say get her something that has to do with Ireland, the culture, the scenery,etc. Something that will make her transition to Ireland easier, something that will educate her on where she is now living. Maybe you can get her a g/c to go on one of the tours of Ireland buses that tourists go on, or maybe a g/c to an Irish restaurant that she can go to with her boyfriend.
