Sounds to me like no person likes going to this bosses Christmas events ... This boss has stumbled on a Manipulative/ blackmailing thank you to rigidity human beings against their will to do what he needs them to do even while they don't prefer to take part...by using brilliant funds {Christmas Bonus} over their heads as his BAIT... this could properly be a lawsuit..... this does not sound dazzling........
