I think cow poo is good, and cat poo is a bit rubbishy.

I can tell that you are a novice in the field of poo. ( Wouldn't it be wonderful if there really was a field of poo? Like Candyland!!) There is poo and there is poo. And it's NOT just a matter of taste.
Actually, besides freshness, qualities to consider are (as some respondents have said) texture, bouquet, and overall shape of the poo.
Personally, I am of the old school and believe the presentation is also important. There is no substitute for clean napery and elegant china. Also, the accompaniments should be chosen with care. Just imagine how you would feel if you were given gorilla poo with pesto sauce?? Ugh!!

Fish poo! when a fish poos its long and thin and stays coming out of their bums for ages.
