Like you, I too, am a singer/songwriter.
Music is everything, and like another respondant stated, "I'd rather be blind than deaf."
Beethoven was still able to compose after he went deaf.
But, I couldn't do that, because I don't read or write music, but play "by ear", with all of my compositions memorized.
How do we live without music?
There is a song for every occasion, expressing the gamut of observation and emotion.
It even affects animals.
Have you observed the reactions of birds and animals when you're singing?
In the Mormon church, we're taught that the song of the righteous is a prayer unto the Lord.
Are you familiar with string theory, the theory of everything in physics?
It indicates that music is the language of the universe, that stars and planets move according to a musical rhythm.
Music is the language of the gods.

music is an expression. It is soo important to me because I feel that I have a connection with the singers and musicians. Life is an infinate playlist, you just have to find the right song for te moment.

i love music. music is my life! i am in Chamber Orchestra. first violin. i am very proud of my accomplishments. i LOVE alternentive rock. rock. i even fall asleep to Mozart! haha.
i play the guitar also! i write songs. i think i might want to become a music teacher. or in a band. : )

I can't survive without two hours of music every day!

a lot i listen to it nonstop since sometimes it expreses how i feel or takes my mind of things sometimes which i really love about it...i listen to music nonstop and im in band o yea plus its fun
