We have been together for a little over 3 years. The last time we talked was almost 2 weeks ago. We had argued about the relationship not progressing the way I wanted it to be. He told me to quit pressuring him & hasn't answered my calls since.

I'm in a similar situation;we are taking some time apart and only time will tell what the outcome of this break will be. Your guy needs to be more communicative or you should just send a brief email/text asking to meet up to resolve things face to face. It's a cowardly way out, ending it that way...not calling back, especialy after 3 years.

Any man who can stop talking to his women for over two weeks is not worth the effort. To continue with such a relationship would be to accept his behavior and his way of handling problems.

A lot of reasons why a guy will take space or a small break is to take some time to evaluate a relationship... or to hope you slowly loose feelings for him. Don't bother with it. Go out and find someone else.

I think some men do not want to be the one to end the relationship because they don't want the responsibility- which is really selfish.
so sometimes they present you with a situation they know you won't put up with so that you be the one to end the relationship and they can walk away conscience free. That's what my x did.

First I would fix a few cocktails. Then, make a night of it, drinking, dinning, a little love, some steamy love, then I'd tell you to get the F_CK out! That's just me though, hey good luck to ya! Happy holidays!

well he shouldn't do it like that..he should sit down and talk to you especially since you two have been together for over three years...maybe he just needs some space to think right now, i wouldn't bother him too much, but don't act distant.
