I have never spiked a turkey. Watermelons are cool though. I assume you mean spice. In that case use Pappy's seasoning it is good. Just plain old salt and pepper is good too. season it a few hours before cooking and be sure to rub in the spices good. If using salt and pepper do the salt about an hour before the pepper. Be sure to season all the body cavities.

Soaking is the key. Empty some vodka and rum into a large bowl. Set that bird in there for 2 days. When you're done, cook the piss out of it! Enjoy! Your relatives will be so drunk they won't even know you screwed up the stuffing by putting left over White Castle's in the mix. Happy Holidays!
