There are always consequences...no matter what you do, or how you try to prevent them there are always consequences to be suffered, hence I could never kill someone, unless I was trying to save my own life.
If you are to think in abstract, you can always kill someone with kindness, nicest way possible and you can get away with it easily.

I wouldn't murder, not even if there weren't any conciquences. UNLESS.... someone were to rape, molest, murder my daughters, nieces or mother (God forbid ne thing like that ever happens).

No concequences?
Well, I wouldn't murder anyone. Sometimes the concequences don't have to be made up by society. Some people would make their own. If I actually did kill someone, it would weigh so heavy on my mind that it would be like being in prison.
You don't have to be in jail to be doing time.

Technically, or philosophically?
To the first, I couldn't tell you or I'd have to kill you.
To the second, run for President, start a religion or a car company, or join the police. Violence flows downhill. If you want to get away with it, you have to be at a certain level of the heirarchy (money, power, secrecy, belief system, etc.).

I wouldn´t murder, I couldn´t bring myself to do such a thing, I have not enought hate in my heart to contemplate such an action.

to take a life in rage, self defense or an accident is bad enough.

But To actually plan a murder... EVIL

Mystically. Already did it too.

To the person who said it was evil to plan a murder, well not if the person you plan to murder is and has murdered someone you love and that person took your loved one away from you.
