Keep your skin clean and apply an acne ointment, ones containing tee tree plant protect the skin as well as clear it.

Drink alot of water and look at your current food intake to see if you have any excess toxins that could be overloading your liver and cut those out.

Green tea on a daily basis is an astringent internal cleanser, it kickstarts your liver and cleans the blood it's full of antioxidents and has a whole list of other health properties that go along with it. Take three cups a day atleast and don't add any sugar, milk etc.

Pimples are caused by many reasons not just poor diet, chemical changes in the body, stress, hormones etc.

I would however recomend eating a wide range of bitter foods and drinking loads of water and green tea it will detox your system and clean up your bloodstream.

Some people also find that chocolate gives them pimples however this is not everyone.

Another doctor once told me that pimples could be an indication your lactose intolerant and should stay away from too much dairy products, try replacing it with soya.

try using acne fighting cleansers, to prevent and help heal acne. don't over wash ur face cause itll cause dryness (2 times a day is best, morning and night), don't agitate ur acne by scrubing it.
a tip though, if you notice that the pimple just started, take an ice cube in a paper towel, then put it against the acne for about 5 minutes. of course when ur skin starts feeling too cold pull it away briefly then put it back on again. this should prevent the acne to keep growing. do it morning and night, ull see the difference!

Wash your face several times each day with a mild soap and water. Use an astringent about twice a day, morning and nighttime. Keep this routine up and you will not get very many pimples in the future. Good Luck.

there's stuff at wal-mart that is the same as pro-activ, but it is cheaper and you don't have to get it mailed to you. it's called acne free. if that doesn't work, go see a dermatologist, and they will give you higher strength stuff like pills and/or gel, soap, etc. Just don't use alot of any acne product. you'll be sorry when your face starts flaking off dry skin and your face burns from scrubbing too hard.

drink plenty of water, try to cut down on your junk food intake, decrease the level of stress in your life, make sure that your hands are clean before touching your face, and dont touch your face unnecessarily. use a face wash with salicyclic acid in it but dont dry out your skin completely make sure to use a moisturizer for your skin type if your skin is oily use a moisturizer for oily skin because it won't be heavy. i personally had problems with acne and i've used plenty of products. try neutrogena or all natural products by carol's daughter for your face
