when did you do your best poo ever? what made it so good?
mine was yesterday, I sat for ten minutes doing a huge poo and afterwards it felt really good, I could feel the gap where it had been before. my eyes watered a little bit, but not enough to spoil the experience.
I'm still grinning now remembering it. I hope I have a similar one later on tonight!!

I know exactly what you mean. This morning, I was straining for 10 minutes to get it out. I was rocking back and forth, standing up and sitting down. Then finally, with one big push, it came out. Then once I got rid of the big one, everything after that could not wait to get out. It was like it had be stuck there for weeks and was in a race to make a splash. I am suffering for it now though. Feel like I have ate a bad curry..............

the best poo i ever had was about 9 weeks ago when i got home from a holiday in greece, i only had a poo twice the whole time i was there, it was such a relief to have a massive poo a couple of days after i got home, it wasn't the bottom falling out of my world, it was the world falling out of my bottom lmao !!!!!!!!!! literally

uh...i dont know but the last time me and my sisters were joking around we were decribing the diffrent kinds of poo and i threw up...i feel sick kinda talking about it..but its funny!
