Husband is a diabetic and has had some problems with getting it up. But there is no attempt on his part to even try he appears he only wants oral sex done on him. Nothing to satisfy me he isn't at all romantic I'm lucky to even get a kiss 1 time a day. He is very good to me and a good provider we have only been married 3 years but have been together 6 yrs.We are in or mid 50's I guess I thought it would get better and I do love him but the lack of attention is starting to get to me and I am starting to feel resentment towards him. I have spoke with him about it so many times and its like he has turned a deaf ear to it. I really needs some advice. I've also mentioned that we see a Dr. and we did go but thats as far as he went I think he's afraid of the outcome. I am really starting to wondering if he has any desire for sex. Yet I feel he comes off as flirty to much younger women . Maybe it's just me.

It is not just you! You are young and you deserve to have a healthy sex life... If your husband is having erectile dysfunction there is a little blue happy pill he might be able to take for that...
Personally, I would really draw the line here with him and make him face whatever is happening.. Remember, this is about your life and your happiness too... not just his. He really has to choose to face this issue and deal with it... be it embarrassment over his particular medical issue, or maybe he is starting to wander off and using e.d. as an excuse. Either way, you deserve and answer AND some sort of proactive behavior on his part.
If he chooses to turn tail and not deal with it like an adult, then you probably need to go talk to someone about your own options, be it a therapist or a lawyer. You are too young to be in a "forced celibacy" situation, and you need to do something soon, the longer you let this fester the less likely your marriage will survive it! - dd

Isn't is a ***** that men who can't get it up can still ejaculate? Look, if he won't try one of these sexual enhancement drugs like viagra, cialis or levitra to please you, then cut him off from the oral sex.
I have a policy, and most men who are any good in bed have the same one. The woman gets pleased first. I am very loving and giving, but let's face it. When men come, they lose interest as well as creativity.
He has desire for sex, this is evident since he deigns to allow you to go down on him. What he doesn't have is motivation to please you. Give him some. Good luck lady.

Yikes.
Obviously he has an interest in sex, but you must feel like a dime store hooker when he asks you to service him. You need to not only cut him off but you need to tell him in no uncertain terms how this hurts you...not to mention the fact that you notice him flirting.
Tell him to man up and either be a husband or leave so you can find someone who truly cares for you.

I've had the same problem with my husband. He's on meds too and has lost his sex drive. I told him I'm going to the sex store to buy some toys because he has no desire to pleasure me and if he cannot do it, I will do it myself. He has been much more attentive since...get some toys, they spice up the sex life and you will get a hard one regardless of his penis!!!!

What springs to my mind is a short ,sharp, shock, make him realize what he's got, he needs a wake up call darling, If he don't respond, then he needs dumping, especially if hes flirting with other woman and cant satisfy the one hes got, he sounds far too selfish... Good luck!!!

diabetic and no getting up really hurts him. he under a lot of pressure. sick and cant satisfy you. bad spot to be in.don't know y but some times oral is only way i can get it up some times. but a still have hugs and kisses for her. most men flirt,no big deal

I hope you dont even start to think its you. Its that kind of thinking that keeps you trapped under his thumb. He will keep you prisoner as long as you keep giving him pleasure and not demanding some gratification in return. Stop making it easy for him. when he has to start jerking off for pleasure maybe he will realize just how good he has it. Good Luck!

One of the many side affects to diabetes is erectile dysfunction. His failure to satisfy you even emotionally is purely selfish and inconsiderate. Why do you continue to give him oral sex with nothing in return? STOP IT!! If he will not make the effort to please YOU, then do not please him!

my mom is going threw the same thing right now with my dad the sex is over, so i would recommend sticking it out with him or divorce.
