wil it start in F8, safemode? If so, then try to scan with good antivirus, also through ADWARE -spyware scans...If it still wont start, remove harddrive, attach to another working pc with IDE, (or USB adapter), and scan it with theirs...you very likely have unwanted guests... It also could be Heat- a bad fan on the processer...too slow, or overheating processeor..
