Yes, versus glue bonding it is much better and lasts much longer. Glue can pull your hair out and usually only lasts 2 weeks. If you have it sewn in you can still take care of your natural hair like you normally would. You can still wash it like you normally do and it can last up to three months. It is a great option if you want to give your hair a break and for promoting growth. I would also suggest using Remi Hair if you intend to keep the style in for a while, it is the best hair on the market and the life cyle is over a year if you take care of it.
