how can i copy a message from my inbox in my computer?

Im talking about antivirus program

You can copy and paste it on notepad and the do save as i think that is the easiest way

You can do it with the help of Microsoft Office Outlook, you can save a message as file.

and by the way, when you say 'copying a message from your inbox to your computer', you are not in anyway taking about the antivirus program:-)
