I don't know and I can't judge only by the looks of you hair.
However, I have to tell you that this haircut would give me a rather negative first impression. I just don't like it very much!
And the truth is, you have to present a good image of yourself in the job interview...
I 'm actually kind of wondering why do you do your hair like that... I would ask you that if I was the chairman and, if I thought the answer is good, maybe I would hire you. Depending on your other abilities as well, of course.
